Returns and refunds
Clear return rules before payment.
Unopened physical goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Customers must contact support@greatout.shop before sending items back so the return can be matched to the order.
Eligible returns
Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all included parts, hardware, storage bags, and care cards. The return window starts on the carrier delivery date.
Items that cannot be returned after opening
Installed pergola shades, installed light strings, opened candles, used BBQ tools, used outdoor rugs, and assembled or used large storage items are not returnable unless defective, damaged in transit, or materially different from the product description.
Return shipping cost
Customers pay return shipping unless the item arrived defective, damaged, or significantly not as described. Large items may incur weight-based return shipping because carriers price them by size and weight.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method after returned goods are received and inspected. We usually inspect returns within 3 business days of receipt. Bank and processor timing can vary after the refund is issued.
Damaged or incorrect items
If the wrong item arrives or an item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the order number and photos so we can review replacement or refund options.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once shipped, the return policy applies.
