Shipping Policy

Greatout ships physical backyard, patio, garden, and deck products in USD from GREAT OUTDOOR LIVING, LLC. Shipping destinations, methods, timing, and rates are shown before payment.

Processing time

Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days after payment authorization. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery window

Most standard orders arrive within 4-9 business days after shipment. Large items may require additional carrier handling time. If an item has a longer delivery window, the product page or checkout will show it before purchase.

Rates

Standard items ship for $12 unless the order qualifies for free shipping over $100. Large items, including pergola shades, bistro sets, outdoor rugs, and storage boxes, may use weight-based shipping shown at checkout.

Tracking

When tracking is available, it is sent to the customer email used at checkout. Customers should review the shipping address before payment because orders ship to the address submitted with the order.

Damaged or missing packages

If an order arrives damaged or appears missing, contact us within 7 days of the carrier delivery scan. Include the order number, delivery address, and photos of any damaged packaging or product.
